£100 Offer - Terms & Conditions

This offer entitles new customers to receive a complementary credit of £100 to their CMC Markets account, subject to the following Terms and Conditions. This offer only applies to applications submitted to accounts opened by CMC Markets between 01 June 2008 and 30 June 2008 inclusive.

  1. This offer is available to "new customers" only. A new customer is someone who has never held a CMC Markets account.
  2. Each new customer will qualify once for this £100 offer.
  3. Applications to open an account are subject to CMC Markets’ standard account opening procedures. CMC Markets reserves the right to refuse any application, at any time and for any reason. If a customer’s application for a CMC Markets account is rejected, he/she will not be entitled to receive the complementary £100.
  4. A new customer must first fund his/her spreadbet account with a minimum of £200 or his/her CFD/FX account with a minimum of £500.
  5. The new customer must then execute a minimum of two open and close trades (i.e. two settled trades) on the account before he/she will qualify to receive the complementary £100. The two settled trades must be executed in their entirety no more than four (4) weeks after the date the account is opened.
  6. We will arrange to credit the new customer’s CMC Markets account with £100 within five (5) business days of the customer satisfying these Terms and Conditions. The £100 will only be credited to the customer’s CMC Markets account.
  7. The complementary £100 is intended for trading with CMC Markets, it cannot therefore be withdrawn for a period of three (3) months from the date it is applied to the customer’s CMC Markets account.
  8. The risks associated with Spread Betting, CFD Trading and FX Trading will apply to using the complementary £100. Therefore, as a result of trading activity you undertake using this money, losses incurred may exceed £100.
  9. This offer only applies to accounts opened by new customers and funded with the minimum sum indicated in 4 above, from 01 June 2008 to 30 June 2008 inclusive.
  10. This offer is not transferable and no alternative is available. The offer may be amended, altered or withdrawn at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
  11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer relating to CMC Markets accounts.
