Terms and conditions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions the following definitions shall apply:

CMC Markets means CMC Markets UK Plc, CMC Spreadbet Plc or any other member of CMC Markets UK Plc’s group of companies.

Existing Customer means a customer who has an existing account with CMC Markets that was successfully opened in accordance with CMC Markets’ Terms and Conditions and its standard account opening procedures.

New Customer means a customer who successfully opens an account (whether an individual or joint account) with CMC Markets in accordance with CMC Markets’ Terms and Conditions and its standard account opening procedures after March 13, 2007.

  1. This offer entitles the existing customer to a complimentary education CD from the list below:
    This offer entitles the new customer to a complimentary training CD from the list below:
    • Trading Foreign Exchange
    • Detox: Psychology of Trading
    • Short Term Trading Strategies
    • Technical Analysis

  2. Following a New Customer making an initial deposit of at least £200 (two hundred pounds) into such account with CMC Markets, and informing CMC Markets of the identity of an Existing Customer, such Existing Customer shall be entitle to receive a complimentary education CD ROM.

    New customer accounts are subject to CMC Markets’ standard account opening

  3. CMC Markets reserves the right to refuse custom at any time for any reason.
  4. Positive account balances can be withdrawn at any time, in accordance with CMC Markets’ Terms of Business.
  5. Such Existing Customer shall be prevented from holding a Power of Attorney or Appointment of Agent over such New Customer’s account.
  6. Complimentary education CDs are subject to availability.
  7. This offer is non-transferable.
  8. New Customers may only identify one Existing Customer.
  9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. This offer ends 30th June 2008.
