The iPad Spread bet app is packed with useful features that allow you to manage your account quickly and easily with just a few touches and taps of your fingertips. Here are some of the highlights:
Product library
Use the product library to find all the products you can spread bet on. If you know what you’re looking for just type the name into the search box. Otherwise, you can use the filters to browse by type, sector, region, country, performance and volatility. You could even go straight to the ‘products in focus’ section to see which products are getting a lot of attention in the market place.
Watchlists
Create your own customised watchlists containing the products you’re most interested in following, so you don’t need to go into the product library to access these products. Watchlists offer a convenient way to organise the products that you want to monitor or spread bet on the most. It just takes a few taps to create, name, edit, reorder and delete your watchlists. Watchlists and settings are synchronised across all platforms, which means any changes you make will be reflected when you log on to any of the other Next Gen spread betting platforms or apps.
Factsheets
Just tap once to view a factsheet for a product. Everything you'll want to know is covered – from the basics, like spreads and margins, through to real-time Dow Jones news, live streaming charts, trading hours and insights on how other market forces can influence prices. Our unique multi-touch charting navigation makes it easy to view full-screen charts and to focus on a specific timeframe.
Order tickets
In an order ticket, it's easy to choose different order types, which include market, limit, stop loss, take profit and even trailing stop loss orders. To modify stop loss and take profit levels on charts, simply drag the lines up or down with your finger. We even offer transactional based stops as default on the Spread bet iPad app, which automatically attaches a stop loss to every trade, giving you greater protection while on the move. See the exact amount you are putting forward for each trade and how much you are ‘borrowing’ on the order ticket.
Account
All account details are available in real time, all the time. View your total account value and see a clear graphical breakdown of your available cash and profit or loss on your open positions. One tap and you can access your open positions, your orders or a history of up to the last 500 transactions you’ve made. You can even email yourself a full, in-depth trading statement, for your records, directly from your iPad.
Payments
With our fully-featured Spread bet app you can even fund your account directly from your iPad. Just tap the payments icon to start a secure transaction. You can also top up your virtual funds at any time in the demo account.
Sign up
Open a live spread betting account directly on your iPad, or open a fully featured demo account in just seconds. As soon as you’re connected to your live or demo account you’ll have access to live streaming prices, full account functionality and support. Swipe login
Log in to your app using our swipe security function, for faster, more efficient logins. This feature allows you to access the markets quickly and easily while on the move, because sometimes every second counts when you’re spread betting on fast-moving prices.
Settings
You can set your preferences with just a few taps. You can set your default values for stop loss and take profit orders, and even choose whether to have them turned on for every trade. Choose which chart type you would like to use and choose what you want your home screen to display. It's easy to change your settings at any time.
Advanced charts
Real-time dynamic charts with up to 5 years of history come as standard on our iPad app. You can choose between line or candlestick charts, and you can switch between various time intervals with just a tap of your finger.
