Want to talk to us? Need to hear a human voice? Want a knowledgeable person who can answer your trading query? Not a problem.
As soon as your spread betting account is funded you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager for your first 30 days. They are our spread betting ambassadors and are here to help you with all of your questions and queries, be it about an instrument you can trade or a technical question about the trading platform. You’ll get their direct telephone number and other contact details and they’ll be available to help you get started spread betting with CMC Markets.
Every account manager is experienced in the financial markets and can talk to you about market activity, or how to place the orders you want on our simple, jargon-free trading platform. They can also offer individual webinars to help you on your way.
Your account manager is not allowed to provide spread betting tips, trading or investment advice, but what they can do for you is:
- Help you to use our trading platform
- Educate you on how to use one of the technical indicators we offer
- Explain the markets and discuss risk management tools
Round the clock customer service
Our customer management team is 90 people strong and every one of them goes through our extensive and ongoing training programme. The team are based in our London headquarters, and while the financial markets are open and you can place spread bets, they’re available to you.
That means we are available 24 hours a day while the markets are open.
